In a must win game Anfield will play hosts to hopefully another remarkable Champions League night when Atletico Madrid arrive with a one goal lead after the first leg of the last 16. First off LFCNYC74 I hope you managed to secure yourself some tickets to tonight's match and look forward to hearing all about the Bournemouth match as well as this one.

Liverpool are in a situation where they will need to break down a defensive bus unit that Jose Mourinho could only dream of. Since Simeone has taken over at A.M. they have managed to win 25 of their 26 two-legged European games after they have won the first leg. As impressive as that stat is their away form in Europe is promising for us LFC fans, with only one win in their last 9 away games in the Champions League knockout stages at the same time losing 4 of their last 6 away games in the CL competition which includes the group stages.

Atletico have had their squad boosted with the return of Trippier who made his comeback on the weekend completing a full 90 minutes, although there are still questions marks over Alvaro Morata and Thomas Lemar (Morata was withdrawn on the 68th minute mark at the weekend with a possible injury). Joao Felix is also making his way back from injury and featured for the last 10 minutes of their weekend match, even with such little game time since January he poses a big threat.

While A.M. may have a few in's and out's so do we, with our might Captain back in full training this week after being absent since the first leg. The big question is should Klopp risk Henderson from the start, for me and other comments I have read over the last couple of days it's an outstanding yes.

Now only needing 6 more points thanks due to ManU's victory over Man City there really is no need to play it too safe with Hendo as this is a must win game and the team has seemed lost without him. Robertson will also be returning for our midweek game after missing the weekend due to a possible knock in training. These two players are big inclusions but there is one big name missing and will be for a while, Alisson. Adrian has more than exceeded most supporters expectations but he does not offer the calmness and authoritarian figure that Alisson does, never the less he has already aided in the team securing one trophy this year so lets hope he's thrown his Karius gloves in the bin and borrowed Alisson's.

One thing during the match when it comes to substitutions Klopp will have to take into consideration that Gomez, Robbo and Mane are all one yellow card from suspension in the next round.

Team: Adrian, Robbo, VVD, Gomez, T2A, Fab, Hendo, Gini, Salah, Bobby, Mane
Subs: Lonergan, Matip, Milner, Mino, Origi, Ox, Lallana (Naby instead if fit, please be fit)

Liver Bird's scorecast: 3-2 (on aggregate)
