The Pack Vs Alpha Dog - Wolves Vs LFC

That's more like it, only a four day break, enough of these seven and eight day waits between matches. After playing an average mid table team on the weekend we now face a tougher team more in-line with what the EPL standards should be. Hopefully our Alpha eleven will prevail though.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are currently in a battle for 5th spot with newly promoted Sheffield United. Wolves' form in the last month could be best described as unconvincing however they showed on the weekend never to count them out when they were 2-0 down at half time against Southampton and came back to steal a 2-3 victory. Former Liverpool lad and Wolves captain Conor Coady will surely want to make our selectors sorry for not keeping him. The centre back has been having a great season and marshals his back-line brilliantly, which will give our three front men a spot of bother. Our defenders will also have to be on their toes with the speedy Traore trying to show the LFC management what he can offer.

With several players slowly returning from injury Klopp is now in the unenviable position of trying to choose which will make his match day squad. Lovren was back in training (should not be allowed near the bench though) as well as Fab's and Matip being back in full swing, so do we rest some of the lads who have played almost every game over the past month and half? With that in mind here's a possible line up and bench for Thursday night's game:

Alisson, TTA, Matip, VVD, Robbo, Fab, Hendo, Lallana, Salah, Bobby, Mane

Bench - Adrian, Gomez, Taki, Ox, Gini, Jones, Origi
